July 4th Parade on 8th Street

8th & I Streets SE, under the freeway

Once again, Capitol Hill Village members will march in Capitol Hill’s own 4th of July parade. Marching behind a large CHV banner, this year we will have [WHAT?] to toss to the crowd. Join us for this festive occasion. We will assemble about 9:30 am under the freeway at 8th and I Streets SE. Bottles of water will be provided.

The parade starts at 10 am and proceeds north on 8th Street SE, ending at the Eastern Market Metro Plaza. Call the office by Friday, June 29, to let us know if you can walk with the Capitol Hill Village group.
